At Creases, we offer a full wash and fold bag service for students in Newcastle upon Tyne. We know students are busy with their studies and we know parents want the best for their sons and daughters, so we now offer a laundry wash and dry service so it’s just like being at home.

Our student laundry service includes: (a bag wash can include mixed clothing, duvet covers and towels)

• Collection
• Sorting by colour and delicates
• Checking pockets and cuffs for stray items
• Checking and treating stains
• Pulling straight and pairing socks
• Ensuring laundry is completely dry before folding
• Folding your items quickly and neatly after drying to avoid unnecessary creasing
• Placing folded items into a laundry bag ready

Our washing machines are all highly efficient commercial machines ensuring thorough cleaning, and we only use cleaning agents that we know and trust.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to separate whites from colours. We cannot accept responsibility if a delicate item is included within a standard wash. You must take responsibility for emptying pockets.

We can also arrange a regular bag wash service on a weekly or fortnightly basis; during term-time only or consistently throughout the year.  We  also offer a collection and delivery service throughout Newcastle upon Tyne and also accept drop-offs at our shop on Ashburton Road in Gosforth. This regular laundry service is not only available to students – anyone is welcome to use it.
